Please be aware that the Torus Group photographer will be taking photos and / or film footage at the event. These images may be used by the Torus Group in one of the following ways:
The information will be stored for a maximum of 6 years at which point it will be removed from the Torus Group systems. The information will also be reviewed anually, and deleted within the 6 year retention period if no longer needed. All of the information is stored securely on our servers. If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed, please speak to the photographer or a member of staff.
