Torus hosts Involved Customer Conference 2025 at iconic Liver Building

In heartfelt recognition of their dedicated tenants, leaseholders, and shared owners, Torus held its annual Involved Customer Conference 2025 at the historic Liver Building in Liverpool. This event highlighted the company’s commitment to incorporating customer feedback into its services and future planning.
The conference brought together involved customers, offering a unique opportunity for them to engage directly with senior leadership from across the Torus Group. Attendees participated in interactive workshops aimed at ensuring their insights and opinions remain central to the organisation’s planning.

For many participants, this year’s venue held special significance, as it marked the first time some had the chance to experience the interior of the iconic Liver Building.
Highlights of the day this year included:
- Steve Coffey, Torus CEO: Advising involved customers of the outcome of the recent Regulator of Social Housing Regulatory Inspection and plans to further improve the consumer rating from C2 to C1.
- Cath Murray-Howard, Torus Group Chief Operating Officer: Discussing Tenant Satisfaction Measures and how Torus compares to other local and national housing associations.
- Annmarie Flynn, Tenant Voice Team Leader: Sharing the plans for involved tenants, leaseholders and shared owners for the coming year and celebrating their achievements in 2024/25
- Margaret Goddard, Torus Group Assets Director: Discussing how tenants reviewed Repairs and Maintenance services and their priorities for improvement in 2025/26
- Kate Shone, Managing Director Torus Foundation: Kate shared the results of the recent Social Impact Report for 2024/2025 and the positive impact Torus Foundation and the support they provide is having in Torus communities.
- Cath Murray-Howard, Torus Group Chief Operating Officer: Closed the event with a heartfelt thank you for involved customers continuous engagement and contributions
