Last week, Torus invited Tenant Voice volunteers for a virtual, but fabulously festive, coffee morning to thank them for their commitment and for giving their time freely over the past year to help us to review services, evaluate policies, looking at customer experience and helping to improve our neighbourhoods.
Twelve involved customers, in their best festive jumpers, joined the Tenant Voice Team and Torus Regional Director, Jan Calland via Microsoft Teams, to enjoy a catch-up with their fellow Tenant Voice volunteers, a quiz, raffle and a roundup of the year.
Janine Greenall, Torus Service Lead Tenant Voice, commented;
“We wanted to give our involved customers a festive thank you and even though we could not meet in person this year due to the pandemic, we still wanted to take time out to celebrate everything they have achieved throughout this difficult year.
“The festive coffee morning is part of our on-going commitment to expanding options around digital engagement and to ensure customers are still able to have a voice throughout the lockdown.
“It was great to see everyone, especially with their special ‘Tenant Voice’ mug and we are looking forward to more virtual events in the New Year as well as hopefully going back to more traditional face-to-face meetings once we are able.”
